1. Account & Eligibility

  1. You do not need to create an account to place an order on The T-shirt Wala.
  2. By shopping with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, or have the legal capacity to form a binding contract as per Indian law.

2. Order Placement & Modifications

  1. Orders can be placed directly through our website using any supported payment method.
  2. Order modifications or cancellations are allowed only within 4 hours of placing the order or before dispatch, whichever comes first.
  3.  The T-shirt Wala reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or modify any order due to pricing errors, product unavailability, or any issue that impacts order fulfillment.

3. Shipping Policy

  1. We currently offer shipping across Indore only.
  2. Delivery times vary from 1 to 5 business days, depending on your location.
  3. Shipping partners are selected based on speed and service availability in your area.
  4. The T-shirt Wala is not responsible for delays due to natural events, operational disruptions, or logistical miscommunications.

4. Shipping Charges

  1. We offer free shipping on all orders above ₹1500.
  2. A maximum shipping fee of ₹50 may apply on smaller orders or remote area deliveries.

5. Payments & Billing

  1. We accept all major payment methods, including UPI, wallets, credit/debit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery (COD).
  2. In case of payment failures where the amount is debited but the order is not confirmed, refunds will be processed automatically.
  3. If a payment is incomplete, the customer will be prompted to retry the payment to complete the transaction.

6. Cancellations, Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

  1. Orders can be canceled within 4 hours or until dispatch.
  2. Shipped items cannot be canceled; please refer to our Return Policy.
  3. Exchanges are accepted for sizes only (not colors), and the first exchange is free.
  4. No partial refunds or modifications after placing the order.

7. Product Descriptions & Display  

  1. We aim to provide accurate product descriptions and images, but color and appearance may vary slightly depending on screen settings.
  2. All product images, descriptions, and designs are owned by LYVN  and protected under copyright laws.

8. Customer Content & Usage  

  1. We love when our community shares content. Customers are welcome to repost or reuse The T-shirt Wala images/content with appropriate credit.
  2. The T-shirt Wala reserves the right to repost user-generated content with credits on our platforms.

9. Intellectual Property  

  1. All content on The T-shirt Wala —including product names, designs, graphics, logos, and branding—is the exclusive property of The T-shirt Wala

  3. Any unauthorized use or reproduction is strictly prohibited.

10. Limitation of Liability
